Carla Perrotta is a multidisciplinary senior executive with a proven track record in P & L management, strategic planning and execution, operations, business development, training, mergers & acquisitions integration and organizational development.


Carla's background consists of officer positions at Fortune 500 companies, publicly traded organizations, international, regional, local, company-owned and franchised firms.


With more than 20 years in business planning and performance, Carla has been responsible for entire operations as well as the development and execution of the organizations' strategic plan.  

Carla has held senior level positions including, but not limited to, Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President Roles at international firms. During one start-up project under her leadership, she developed the company into one of the top ten medical staffing companies in the United States.

Carla Perrotta has contributed to more than 50 industry articles with various publications. She has also authored the chapter Budgeting Temporary Staffing for the Handbook of Budgeting.
